Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
 The item must be in the same condition as received
 The item must be unused
 It must be in its original packaging
 You must provide the order receipt, proof of purchase, or Order ID

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please check your order after receiving it. If possible, you may record a video while opening the package.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

 Hazardous materials
 Flammable liquids or gases
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you want a different product, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return request is approved.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
